Once the audiobook has been processed, you can customize every chapter title in your audiobook.
Label your Introduction, End Credits, Numbered Chapters, and, if you have anything outside of the dropdown options, choose Other. Content TypesĪ content type tells BookFunnel what is in your book.Įvery audiobook must begin with an Introduction or Opening Credits and end with an Outro, End Credits, or Other. Scroll down to the bottom of the edit form. Click the Action button and select Edit Book Details. Click Books on your BookFunnel dashboard. You can allow readers to listen in the cloud or download MP3s by editing the audiobook settings.
When you are finished editing the chapters, scroll to the bottom and click Submit Files for Processing. Click the trash button next to any file that should be deleted. Drag-and-drop the existing chapters to reorder, or drop new files onto the audiobook to begin uploading. If necessary, you can edit your chapters again when it is finished compiling. While the audiobook is processing (which can take 10 minutes to 3 hours depending on the length of the audiobook and the number of books in the queue), you will not be able to edit the audiobook. When you are finished editing your chapters, you will need to resubmit the audiobook for processing. You can reorder your chapter files and add, replace, or delete chapters at any time. Scroll down to the bottom of the chapter list and click Save Chapter Titles. The chapter title is now an editable entry box. Click the dropdown menu next to the chapter you want to edit and select Custom as the content type. You can change the title of any chapter uploaded to BookFunnel without having to reprocess the audiobook. Click Action and select Edit Book Details. Click Books on your BookFunnel dashboard. You can edit your audiobook cover, book description, or tagline without having to reprocess the book. You can edit an audiobook after it has been processed. You’ll receive an email once your audiobook is finished processing.Īfter processing, you can review your chapter titles and make any necessary changes to make your Table of Contents shine. Select the appropriate content type for each file. Make sure all MP3 files are uploaded, and, most importantly, in the correct order. If a file is out of order, you can click and drag it to the correct location. To sort in order that they are uploaded, untick the Sort files alphabetically checkbox. Files will sort alphabetically by default. Drag-and-drop your audio MP3 files, or click Upload MP3 to manually locate and upload each file in your audiobook. If you do not submit your audiobook for processing within 5 days, the files will be deleted and you will need to upload the MP3s again. Once you begin uploading your audiobook files, you have 5 days to complete the upload and submit the audiobook for processing. You’ve created your audiobook! It is currently in draft.
